At least not yet. Reminds me of when I checked into a hotel in London and didn't realize until I was about to take a shower that I'd forgotten my soap at home. And, for some reason, there were no soap or schampoo in the bathroom. Luckily the hotel had a great location near a shopping street though. But a site like that is a terrific idea. I'd probably be a regular reader :) As far as I know, a site like this doesn’t exist. At least not yet.
